Basically, this is a champaigne-style wine.

It has a nice, clear color with some yellow tints.

The aroma is light and fruity (dried fruit specifically). Very simple, since it is fermented in a tank (steel tanks don’t contribute much any flavor or aroma.

Not bad, and rather light. Not much flavor, but it is slightly fruity, smooth, and pleasant. Not too dry either. It doesn’t taste like a hardcore Brut. Not overpowering at all. Its lightness makes it great as a start.
