Uruguayan Wines on the Way!

I know some of you are disappointed that I won’t go more extensively into Chilean wines, but there’s too much out there to explore and too little time.

Next, I’m going to focus on somewhat of an unexpected site–the tiny wine-producing state of Uruguay, the rising challenger in South America. Specifically, I’ll be reviewing about half the whole range of Bodega Bouza, the finest winery in Uruguay, and one of the few that produces premium Tannat wines (Tannat being Uruguay’s niche grape).
