Valrhona’s Description of the Bar: Sweet and Caramelized

This is a phenomenal bar!

Presentation is interesting, though simple. The bar is broken into uneven rectangles diagonally. The pieces aren’t so easy to break off perfectly, but the look is at modern.

As for taste, it’s one of those bars that almost can’t be beaten. It’s so creamy and so milky that it is an absolute pleasure. It melts in your mouth with no hesitation. Vanilla and caramel flavors come through strongly, making for a very interesting flavor, though it’s one-dimensional, with few overtones. Moreover, the sweetness is perfect—you can’t even really feel the full force of the sweetness, which is masked by the caramel flavor. The only flaws are the one-dimensionality and the extremely short length (almost none).
