The Torontel is a type of Pisco that leans towards the quebranta side of the spectrum in terms of its sweetness profile, but which incorporates just a bit more aroma and some fruity notes.

This one has a lovely aroma—the alcohol still comes through strongly but with a great fruity touch, like citrus or tangerine.

The fruit goes in the taste as well (e.g. the citrus). It’s strong and sharp, like a quebranta, but with a good balance in there. Still, it’s a bit strong and way too bitter to be a great drink on its own. Probably better for cocktails.
